Unfortunately, due to us not holding stock, we cannot accept returns if your sizing is wrong. Please check the Size Chart on your order page before ordering to make sure it will fit you!

If you believe you have received the wrong item, please provide us with your order number, and photos of the item you have received, and we will provide you with return details. Shipping cost will be refunded once your order has been processed.

Gift Cards can be refunded within 1 hour of ordering, in the event you realize that you have made a mistake by ordering. Please Contact Us as soon as you realize you would like to refund your Gift Card.

If the packaging is damaged, please take as many photos as possible of the item UNOPENED. Then see if your item is damaged. This is so we can make a claim from the courier’s insurance.
